Common generative AI tools like ChatGPT are NOT approved for use with non-public and non-synthetic data. Using non-approved generative AI (GAI) tools can lead to inadvertent sharing of WD intellectual property (IP) or other sensitive data, which is a serious data incident and a clear violation of corporate policy that may put WDChat at risk. This means you should never input any prompts, data, information, spreadsheets, documents, source code, or other medium that contains or refers to ANY sensitive or non-public data about WD, our customers, our vendors, or our employees into ChatGPT or any other non-approved GAI tool.
