WDChat Feedback and Improvement
Known Issues and Requests Tracker
Stay up to date on CIRCUIT features that matter to you
Before features and capabilities are committed on WDChat’s three-month roadmap, our Known Issues and Features Requests tracker gets updated weekly with reported issues, planned enhancements, and estimated fix or release dates.
Check the list anytime to see what’s committed to progress, what’s in development (on the official Roadmap), and what’s been resolved.
A note on prioritization
Each feature or data request is assigned a score on the following metrics to generate a Score used in prioritization:
-
Frequency (0+ mentions, currently capped at 10 ) – how often have we heard this request?
-
Strategic alignment (1 low – 10 high) – how impactful did users rate this feature and/or does it align to our business’ strategic goals?
-
Effort (1 low – 10 high) – how easy or difficult will this be to develop?
Score = Frequency * Impact / Effort
Frequency (Source count) capped at 10
Example request: 5 mentions (5) * Low avg impact (1) / High effort (5) = 5 * 1 / 5 = 1
Example request: 12 mentions (10) * High avg impact (10) / Low effort (1) = 100
The scores are revisited weekly based on new requests, research or business priorities. You can see this Prioritization Score in the Known Requests and Issues tracker above.

Response-feedback (Thumbs up / down)
Have a minute? Improve WDchats response accuracy and safety
Did you encounter a great or poor response from CIRCUIT?
Want to improve responses in the future?
You can provide instant feedback on responses—right inside WDChat.
After receiving a response, simply click the thumbs up or thumbs down icon to let us know if the reply was helpful.
Why Response Feedback Matters:
To protect the safety and accuracy, WDChat is not autonomously improving or self-reinforcing. Rather, a team of human researchers and developers (humans in the loop!) work with AI to evaluate the response feedback look for:
-
Patterns of inaccuracy where content owners should be looped in
-
Issues with generated citations or responses
-
Anything marked Offensive or Harmful that should have guardrails
-
Opportunities for new data ingestion or agents
Your quick feedback helps us identify patterns, improve accuracy, and prioritize fixes.
The more you use this for both good and poor responses, the better WDChat becomes for everyone.
